In this episode, we complete the Freedom equation. After we become constant learners and focus on what we can do here and now with the gifts and opportunities before us, we create with joyful power. We are always free no matter the external circumstance, and in that freedom we are limitless.

When we accept reality as it is, we are effective in creating growth and change. Sometimes we “learn, focus, procrastinate.” That comes from fear and paying attention to the dreaded WITOT (What I think Others Think.) True joy and growth come from “Execute, Evaluate, Adjust.” Combining that with a devotion to learning and loving ourselves, we can constantly have true freedom.
