In this episode, we talk about another thing that is everywhere these days. That is distraction. There are so many things that clamor for our attention. Everyone is putting out the messages they choose. Our choice is which to allow into our consciousness. Some are helpful and some are not. You decide.

Even though you are trying to lift and bless others, we all have distractions all around us. I call these things “thought creations.” Sometimes they are tangible, like a stack of boxes, Most often they are in the m ind or in the emotional atmosphere. They distract us from our path. They have the illusion of importance, but do not move us to be in greater love and service. Ignoring them is the antidote.
