There are many conspiracy theories around the pandemic, and that often results in a lot of shouting – in protest against the restrictions, masks, etc. Kellan explains that the reactions to the pandemic are due to people’s contexts – B.D.E.E.P.

The question is: after all the shouting, what did you do?

Kellan reminds us that we are interdependent – we need each other and we should not be ashamed of needing help from those around us, and in turn, that allows us to grow.
