Kellan reminds us that those fearful thoughts are just artificial limits on our capability. That we should not let ourselves be controlled by those fears and instead get support from friends that will help us overcome these fears.

Because if we allow these Fears to overpower us, it can create regret or Fear or negative stuff, preventing us from making our Ultimate Life.
