Healing Your Heartache, #630

In this episode, we talk about the struggles we all have. What is heartache? Why does it feel like our hearts will explode sometimes? There is a deep connection between what we think and what we feel in our “hearts.” Our spiritual essence feels and responds. When things are hard or wrong, we hurt.

Our body is not threatened, yet we are weak and tired. Heartache can be healed. One way is to just wait and time smooths over many things. But that is the slow and difficult way and it does not work for deep and hurtful things. So how do we heal those? Connecting with the divine is the only way to access the deep and powerful reservoir that truly heals us. God created our spirits and only He can heal them.
