First, you can have joy in gratitude. Not platitudes but deep, meaningful gratitude. That profound feeling that wells up in your heart when you are truly grateful for something. That can be yours when you choose. Learning to live in real gratitude is a life-saving skill. Another way to find joy is through service. True service, where you put someone lovingly in your heart and help them, is another way to create joy.
