In this episode, we talk about the first step in the process of forgiveness. Until you embark on t his wonderful journey, it is only an idea. It can be full of misunderstanding and resentment when you contemplate letting someone “off the hook” for something. It is nothing at all like that.

We live inside of our context straight-jacket until we don’t. Our Beliefs, Definitions, Experiences, Expectations, and Perceptions (BDEEP) limit our potential until we release them. There is always more than one way to understand our life events. A valley looks different from each mountaintop. There is a game we can play to help us understand this power and get us started on the journey of liberation.
