We talk in the physical world about structural integrity and we speak of the integrity of someone's character. What is all this about? How can we use this principle?

If a building has integrity, it means that the construction materials, site prep, and construction methods are sound, complete, and as they should be. With this assurance, we believe the building will last. In our lives, it is the same. Are we living with integrity? Are our daily preparations honest, and are we acting in every situation in accordance with the things we believe to be true and right? That is personal integrity.
