Malcolm Gladwell is quoted as saying it takes 10,000 of hard work to become a master of something. What does that even mean? Is it worth the effort? What kinds of things do you want to master?   One key indicator of a true master is the open-minded student mindset. Do  you lean into the growth offered to be each experience, even when it comes in a painful package? Why would you choose to do that?
