Understand the Power, #502

In this episode,we talk about the true power of words. I notice that truth carries power. Without shouting, emphasizing explanations, or anything else, simple truth carries power. There is an energy about the truth that cannot be missed. If we are ignorant of the power of the language we miss something.

Our internal dialogue is powerful. Our thoughts create feelings when we accept them as true. If we don’t monitor our thinking, we find ourselves drowning in feelings we don’t understand. Thinking can be random, choosing what thoughts to believe creates the emotional context of our day. Externally, our words cause action or inaction in others. We create real consequences with the language we use.
