We Change As We Go, #457

In this episode, We talk about the constancy of change. Nothing stays the same. We are either growing or decaying. Sometimes our past experience is an impediment to growth. If we had a bad experience at something we are reluctant to try again. Even though we are older or more secure, the fear lingers. 

We often associate failure with shame. We learn that when we fail we are not good enough. Guilt for our failure prevents us from trying again. This is unhealthy and not necessary. Learning without guile is the key to rapid development. Seeking opportunities to grow is a powerful habit. We can all feel our intuition telling us when something is potentially a good opportunity. Learn to lean into that intuition.
