In this episode, we talk about a common myth that affects people everywhere. We believe that some external marker must happen for us to be happy. When we get our driver's license. When we move out of the house. When we find a mate when we make a certain amount of money. You know the drill.

The problem here is that this never works. As soon as the imagined thing takes place, we look further and want something else. Satisfaction may come, but it is only temporary. One way to describe this is “You can never get enough of what you don’t need because what you don’t need won’t satisfy you.” The truth is more elegant. Happiness is inside. It is available today and every day if you choose it.
