Speaker A:You may not like that, and you may want to yell at me or scream how come I'm stupid?
Speaker A:But it's still true.
Speaker A:Welcome to the show.
Speaker A:Tired of the hype about living a dream?
Speaker A:It's time for truth.
Speaker A:This is the place for tools, power, and real talk, so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life.
Speaker A:Subscribe, share, create.
Speaker A:You have infinite power.
Speaker A:Now let's explore why I have as a background love, the light within.
Speaker A:And the name of this show today is what would be different in your life if you truly loved yourself.
Speaker A:If you or I are looking to get our validation and love from outside, we're going to be waiting a long time.
Speaker A:We're going to live a life that's sporadically up and down.
Speaker A:We're going to feel like sometimes we're okay, and then immediately afterwards, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, next day, next month, we're going to feel like we're the worst things in the earth and none of it's our fault.
Speaker A:So let's get back to basics, because this podcast is about learning to live an ultimate life.
Speaker A:Ultimate life.
Speaker A:I use that word like.
Speaker A:We hear that all the time.
Speaker A:Ultimate this, ultimate that, and it doesn't even mean anything.
Speaker A:It's lost its meaning.
Speaker A:So when I say, live your ultimate life, that means, for me, I use the word purpose, prosperity, and joy.
Speaker A:You can use other words, but do you even have them?
Speaker A:If I ask, what is your ultimate life?
Speaker A:I ask that all the time.
Speaker A:People rarely can answer it, and they say things like, all the money I want, all the freedom I want, all the time I want.
Speaker A:That's not going to be your ultimate life.
Speaker A:How do I know that?
Speaker A:Having talked with thousands of people and explored it, Money is great.
Speaker A:It allows you to, you know, enjoy what you want, solves problems.
Speaker A:It even allows you to be of service to others.
Speaker A:Freedom is only useful if we're using it to serve.
Speaker A:If we're using it for self indulgence, that pleasure lasts about that long.
Speaker A:All the time you already have all the time there is.
Speaker A:So if you have a story about not having time, that's yours.
Speaker A:Because you and I, we both have all the time there is.
Speaker A:The only reason if you feel like you don't have time is because you have chosen to fill your life with things you don't want to do, and so you feel like you don't have time to do the things you do want to do.
Speaker A:You did that.
Speaker A:You did that.
Speaker A:So let's talk about what would happen if you truly loved yourself?
Speaker A:Well, the first thing you might do is listen to how you talk to yourself.
Speaker A:I don't know if you have a pet, okay?
Speaker A:But people that own pets, whether they're, you know, birds or, you know, we normally think of cats and dogs, but whatever people that love pets, you see their behavior toward the pet.
Speaker A:Now, we recently had the experience of having to put one of our cats down.
Speaker A:Old 15 had chronic kidney disease.
Speaker A:15 is not too old for a cat.
Speaker A:But that's all she lasted.
Speaker A:Now it was obvious to me how much my wife Joy, my angel.
Speaker A:I'm married to an angel who walks on water.
Speaker A:But it was amazing to me and delightfully gratifying and touching and deeply spiritual to see how much she loved the cat.
Speaker A:And it was easy to see because on the night before, we had to take her in to the vet.
Speaker A:She held her all night as she slept, get up in the night, go to the bathroom, took her with her, you know, and she was able to talk to her much of the night and whisper and touch softly and gently and tenderly.
Speaker A:The cat didn't move.
Speaker A:It was just receiving that love.
Speaker A:So it was obvious in the language and the behavior and the movement that there was love there.
Speaker A:Deep, unconditional, tender expression of love.
Speaker A:So I'm asking you to think about how would your life be different if you loved yourself like that?
Speaker A:Or more, if you were kind, if you were tender, if you spoke well and encouragingly to yourself, if you lifted and blessed yourself, if you forgave yourself immediately and completely for everything that didn't go right.
Speaker A:So, for example, as this cat's gotten older, she's had trouble getting to the litter box.
Speaker A:Ckd chronic kidney disease, which makes it difficult.
Speaker A:And so she has a favorite spot or two on different places in the house where she pees.
Speaker A:Yeah, we've had to clean up a lot of that over the last couple of years as she's gotten older.
Speaker A:No problem.
Speaker A:Not angrily, not negatively.
Speaker A:Just that's what you do when you love.
Speaker A:Do you do that with you or do you get after yourself?
Speaker A:Do you beat the crap out of yourself when you say something wrong or do something wrong or get scared or do whatever it is?
Speaker A:Like, here's the question.
Speaker A:If I ask you, do you love you?
Speaker A:I ask most people that, would you love yourself?
Speaker A:Here's what usually happens.
Speaker A:Well, yeah, yeah, I love myself.
Speaker A:So there's a hesitation.
Speaker A:There's some conditioning around it.
Speaker A:And then, yeah, yeah, yeah, I love myself.
Speaker A:And then here's the real question.
Speaker A:If I Watched you.
Speaker A:If I were a fly on the wall and heard every thought in your head and everything you spoke and everything you did, how you treated yourself, would I believe you?
Speaker A:Would it be obvious that you loved yourself?
Speaker A:So when we're talking about the ultimate life, we say it's money, time and freedom, or whatever.
Speaker A:You say money is fun time.
Speaker A:You already have all there is.
Speaker A:Freedom.
Speaker A:You have all there is.
Speaker A:Anything that's on your calendar or in your life, work you do, people you care for, those are your choices.
Speaker A:So if you want to enjoy your life fully every day, all day long, then stop having obligations.
Speaker A:Either either renegotiate them or change your attitude.
Speaker A:Choose to love them.
Speaker A:With the cat, we could have chosen to be frustrated and inconvenienced with several trips to the vet and the hospital and emergency, this, that and the other, or just take it as part of the expression of love.
Speaker A:Do you do that for you?
Speaker A:So right now, I want to start with something.
Speaker A:I want to give you an absolute, unconditional, complete pardon.
Speaker A:Forgive yourself for everything that didn't happen.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Forgive yourself for every judgment where you judged yourself to be inadequate.
Speaker A:Not good enough.
Speaker A:Shameful, fearful, Wrong.
Speaker A:Now, if there's something about your behaviors or talking language or something you want to change, go ahead and do that.
Speaker A:But do it from a place of love and forgiveness, not from a place of anger and shame.
Speaker A:Love yourself.
Speaker A:Now, I want to talk about today, about what would be different for you if you truly loved yourself.
Speaker A:So I'm going to share with you some things that have changed for me.
Speaker A:As I go in and live from that place, my days are way more peaceful.
Speaker A:I used to have days full of turmoil and frustration because I was always behind the eight ball.
Speaker A:I had a list of things I was supposed to do, and if I didn't get them all done on time, fast enough, good enough.
Speaker A:Frustration.
Speaker A:And I called that the eight ball feeling.
Speaker A:Because I felt like I was behind the eight ball all the time.
Speaker A:Not enough, not quick enough, too late to this, to that.
Speaker A:Didn't work.
Speaker A:Should have been better.
Speaker A:You know the drill.
Speaker A:You've done that.
Speaker A:When I completely forgave myself and trusted that I was doing what I loved and needed to do, life became beautiful.
Speaker A:Not just once in a while, but every moment.
Speaker A:So I can honestly look you right in the eyes with the love in my heart and tell you I live that ultimate life, a life of purpose, prosperity and joy, every day, all day long, no exceptions.
Speaker A:I didn't fall up that mountain.
Speaker A:So my invitation is to consider for you to consider what would your life be like if you fully and completely loved yourself, as evidenced by how you talk to you, how you think about you, how you judge yourself or don't, and your walk and conversation with others.
Speaker A:Now there's a lie that we tell.
Speaker A:We say, of course I love myself.
Speaker A:Love is not a feeling.
Speaker A:It's a verb.
Speaker A:It's an action.
Speaker A:You know, there's a consequent feeling that comes from it, but not the other way around.
Speaker A:I don't do things for people because I have the feeling of love.
Speaker A:I do things and that creates the feeling of love.
Speaker A:We love whom we serve.
Speaker A:Now when we get to the other with a partner, yes, there's a romantic and you know, pheromones and hormones and all that stuff where we have a physical attraction, but that's such a micro.in the true constellation of love, a tiny little star.
Speaker A:Now, the myth of loving yourself.
Speaker A:Here's how you tell Are you engaged in constant self criticism?
Speaker A:I don't know.
Speaker A:If you do, you're not loving yourself.
Speaker A:What would you, what would it be like if you were engaged in constant encouragement, constant self forgiveness, constant view of possibilities, constant kindness and caring?
Speaker A:What would your life be like if you took care of yourself spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally and dispense with the nonsense that says I don't have time to do that.
Speaker A:Yes, you do.
Speaker A:And not only do you have time, it's essential because.
Speaker A:Because when you're half baked, or I am, we can't serve others.
Speaker A:We, we're not there, we're half there.
Speaker A:You know what it's like to drag yourself somewhere and half do it because you're just supposed to be there.
Speaker A:That's not fun for you and it's not good service for whatever you're doing.
Speaker A:Far better to prepare yourself, get in the right mindset and state and then go there and be all in.
Speaker A:It's way more effective anyway.
Speaker A:When I talk about my daily creation process, it is a self love process.
Speaker A:I take a couple of hours, sometimes a little longer every morning to create myself.
Speaker A:That means to love myself, to connect with the divine, to hear the voice of God, to get direction, to forgive myself freely and fully, to start every morning pure and committed, to send love notes to others, to read sacred and holy literature, to remind me who I am as a child of God.
Speaker A:Like this, this process, I would never skip it.
Speaker A:And the reason is because it reminds me who I am and it makes me way more powerful and effective during the day, every day, all the time, without fail.
Speaker A:And so why would you skip something that is like gives you a million dollars every morning.
Speaker A:If you could go get a million dollars every morning, would you skip?
Speaker A:Course not.
Speaker A:Well, this is better than that.
Speaker A:So the first question I have for you is, is the pattern of your behavior, your language, your attitude, your internal dialogue, all that stuff, does that look like a person who's deeply in love with themselves, who honors their divinity?
Speaker A:Do you honor your divinity?
Speaker A:I do.
Speaker A:I honor you.
Speaker A:I love you.
Speaker A:You're a divine being.
Speaker A:You came from the same place I did.
Speaker A:I just got off a call a little while ago with three powerful, powerful women who are in a group that I'm leading to write a book.
Speaker A:They're each writing books and stories and creating some programs from their life.
Speaker A:They've had life experience.
Speaker A:It's amazing.
Speaker A:And to hear them describe the vision of what they have, what their book's going to do and programs and what they're up to right now was melting tears and just the power of their vision.
Speaker A:And at the same time, every one of them, me, you, all of us can fall immediate victim to this language and self doubt and I'm not good enough and who would listen and all the rest, that's not love.
Speaker A:That is judgment and fear of what others are going to think.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:If someone treated your child the way you treat yourself, would you let them?
Speaker A:It's an interesting question.
Speaker A:Another way you, you show you don't love yourself is if you swallow truth so you'll be accepted instead of speaking up, instead of speaking your truth.
Speaker A:Another way that manifests is overworking without resting your soul, thinking that somehow you're obligated.
Speaker A:I have a system that I use and if you want help with any of this, get a hold of me.
Speaker A:See this?
Speaker A:Sorry.
Speaker A:Kellenflukermedia.com you see this right here?
Speaker A:Go to that website.
Speaker A:There's a contact form.
Speaker A:Love to hear from you.
Speaker A:My whole business is helping you create your ultimate life, however you define it, purpose, prosperity, joy.
Speaker A:And prosperity includes all the cash you need to live the way you want to live and to accomplish the service you want to accomplish.
Speaker A:That's all I do.
Speaker A:My goal now in the last two and a half months of my year, which ends October 14th, is to finish my outrage to 300 million people.
Speaker A:To teach your worth, your identity, your possibility, ownership of your life and sovereignty.
Speaker A:Those are the foundational concepts.
Speaker A:If you live like your life belongs to someone else, it's hard to have fun.
Speaker A:It's hard to be committed and dedicated.
Speaker A:So I want you to think about.
Speaker A:I want you to just look at yourself.
Speaker A:Where are you lying to yourself about loving yourself?
Speaker A:Where are you violating your boundaries, your inner truth?
Speaker A:Things you know you shouldn't be allowing in your life?
Speaker A:Here's an exercise I do with clients.
Speaker A:This is a very practical exercise.
Speaker A:Empty your calendar.
Speaker A:Empty it so there's nothing on it.
Speaker A:And then start putting back in the things or putting in the things you are committed to, you want to do, not.
Speaker A:You're obligated.
Speaker A:No obligations.
Speaker A:Excuse me.
Speaker A:No obligations, only commitments.
Speaker A:Here's what happened for me.
Speaker A:I had the feeling and lived with it.
Speaker A:And it was very distressing and destructive.
Speaker A:I have all these obligations.
Speaker A:Oh, I got to do this.
Speaker A:And I got it.
Speaker A:Gotta, gotta, gotta, gotta, gotta, have to, have to, have to, right?
Speaker A:Anytime you feel an obligation, it's.
Speaker A:It carries with it the seeds of resentment.
Speaker A:I don't.
Speaker A:I'd really rather be doing something else.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:I'd rather be doing something else.
Speaker A:But I gotta do this.
Speaker A:I have no choice.
Speaker A:I have to.
Speaker A:That kind of language or feeling, it's not true and it's destructive.
Speaker A:So here's the question.
Speaker A:If you emptied your calendar and only put back the things you want to do, you're committed to do, and I'm drawing a big, huge Grand Canyon wide distinction between obligation and commitment.
Speaker A:A commitment is a holy, sacred promise you make on purpose that you want to have, that you can turn one into the other.
Speaker A:And we do that.
Speaker A:You know how you can see that People make a commitment to spend their lives together.
Speaker A:They get hook up as partners or get married.
Speaker A:And then in a year or two or ten, they fall out of love, they grow apart, make all kinds of excuses.
Speaker A:And then that commitment, which was once joyful and powerful, has become a drag, an obligation, an albatross, a pain in the ass, what happened?
Speaker A:Well, you chose to morph the commitment.
Speaker A:Well, they change.
Speaker A:They suck.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:The truth is you changed it from a commitment to an obligation.
Speaker A:And the minute you do that, mentally so in your soul, spiritually, it becomes a drag on you.
Speaker A:So look at all the things that you have.
Speaker A:Even with work, people say, well, I got to go to work.
Speaker A:Why?
Speaker A:I gotta pay rent, gotta eat, gotta pay for all these things.
Speaker A:No, you don't.
Speaker A:No, you don't.
Speaker A:Yeah, there'd be consequences for not doing it.
Speaker A:But what would happen if you say, I'm committed to this work, I'm grateful I have it, whatever it is.
Speaker A:Why?
Speaker A:Because it allows me to live and have a place and to eat and to enjoy life.
Speaker A:It allows that.
Speaker A:So I'm committed I'm going to do a great job.
Speaker A:And if I don't like, if I don't find it fulfilling and I want to look for another one or add something else, okay.
Speaker A:But you can do it from a place of love and power.
Speaker A:And if you don't know that you're missing out on the joy of life.
Speaker A:Because when you do the great work with what you are doing, what you've already chosen to do, and at the same time you create something new, a side hustle, a different job, a start, a business, whatever it is, you can do both from a place of love and power and then both are nourishing to the soul and fun instead of one being a pain in the ass.
Speaker A:And then I get to like working for the weekend.
Speaker A:I do this job I hate, then I go party on the weekend or get to relax or binge Netflix or play with kids or whatever.
Speaker A:Both can be joyful and fulfilling.
Speaker A:It is your choice.
Speaker A:It is your choice and no one can choose it for you and no one can make it either way.
Speaker A:So empty your calendar.
Speaker A:Only put your commitments back.
Speaker A:The things you're committed to, you feel good about now.
Speaker A:If that leaves a bunch of holes or it leaves you broke and without a place, then ask yourself, am I committed to having a roof?
Speaker A:I am.
Speaker A:I love it.
Speaker A:So right now, the method I have for having a roof is this work.
Speaker A:Then love it and lean in.
Speaker A:You might think this is a trivial stupid mind game.
Speaker A:It's not.
Speaker A:It's a world changing distinction and turns you from a victim into an owner.
Speaker A:It turns you from a wimp on the sidelines to a powerhouse in the middle of the game.
Speaker A:And if you don't know how to do that and you want my help, get a hold of me.
Speaker A:Kellenfluker media.com Whoops.
Speaker A:Kellenfluker media.Com There's a contact form.
Speaker A:Let's talk.
Speaker A:Because my whole life is dedicated to helping you get the joy that you deserve and live on fire and excited.
Speaker A:And there's no reason you can't have it unless you're unwilling to go get it.
Speaker A:That million dollars a day is sitting right there waiting.
Speaker A:But you have to go get it.
Speaker A:We've indoctrinated ourselves with the idea that everything's gotta be easy.
Speaker A:But if I have to work, it sucks.
Speaker A:It's not true.
Speaker A:Growth only happens through work.
Speaker A:So that's the whole point of lying about loving yourself.
Speaker A:The next thing I want to talk about is a little more about what self love actually looks like.
Speaker A:Okay, Watching yourself We talked about that.
Speaker A:Your self talk and how you treat yourself and everything else for the whole week.
Speaker A:Just start with a day even.
Speaker A:And then just notice.
Speaker A:No.
Speaker A:No chastisement, no criticism, no anger, no frustration.
Speaker A:Just watch.
Speaker A:Notice.
Speaker A:Now that's the first part of a billion dollar tool I'm going to give you right now.
Speaker A:It's worth a billion dollars.
Speaker A:It's called notice and choose.
Speaker A:Right now you're just doing the notice part.
Speaker A:So go through a day or two.
Speaker A:Notice exactly how you talk to yourself internally and externally, how you feel, how you treat yourself.
Speaker A:Just notice.
Speaker A:Make some notes, okay?
Speaker A:This is my current habit, the current way I treat myself.
Speaker A:If you're not satisfied with it, if it doesn't make you feel beloved and empowered and strong, then now's the second part.
Speaker A:Choose.
Speaker A:If I really loved myself, like in the.
Speaker A:In the fiercest and most supportive and beautiful way possible, what else would I say?
Speaker A:What would I say instead?
Speaker A:What would I.
Speaker A:What would I do instead?
Speaker A:And answer that question honestly.
Speaker A:And then choose that notice and choose.
Speaker A:Notice and choose.
Speaker A:Notice and choose.
Speaker A:That framework will fix your body, your bank account, your mind, your heart, your relationships and everything else because you shape your reality as you exercise.
Speaker A:Notice and choose.
Speaker A:I want you to be aware, be sensitive, to be present to whatever words you want to use.
Speaker A:How your words, your attitude, your thinking, your internal and external dialogue, how that actually shapes your reality.
Speaker A:If you walk around, I hate this.
Speaker A:Oh, that sucks.
Speaker A:How come then you have shaped a reality of an unpleasant day.
Speaker A:The world and the universe is stacked against me and this and that sucks.
Speaker A:And all the accompanying, you know, negative neurotransmitters.
Speaker A:If, on the other hand, you say, I'm grateful for this, grateful to be breathing, I'm grateful this is happening.
Speaker A:I encourage myself.
Speaker A:I know I'm doing my best, I am in fact allowed to rest.
Speaker A:I'm allowed to recharge.
Speaker A:One phrase I say is, I have everything to give and nothing to prove.
Speaker A:I want you to think about that.
Speaker A:I have everything to give and nothing to prove.
Speaker A:And here's why.
Speaker A:That doesn't mean I have infinity money.
Speaker A:But money isn't.
Speaker A:It's not even the most valuable thing.
Speaker A:We have your time, your attention, and your love.
Speaker A:Those are the three things that you have.
Speaker A:You have time.
Speaker A:All there is.
Speaker A:You have your attention and you have 100% control over that.
Speaker A:And your love or your intensity, your intention.
Speaker A:Attention and intention.
Speaker A:That's all you own.
Speaker A:Now, what you'll notice is wherever you put your time, attention and love.
Speaker A:I think of it as a beam of power that comes out of our faces, right?
Speaker A:That will grow.
Speaker A:So if I put it on negative stuff, it grows.
Speaker A:If I put it on scarcity, it expands.
Speaker A:If I put it on nurturing, that grows.
Speaker A:If I put it on creating more money, it grows.
Speaker A:And if you don't know how to do that, let's talk.
Speaker A:Because money is easy to create.
Speaker A:Money is easy to create.
Speaker A:So if you're with the story of I don't have enough of that.
Speaker A:Okay, let's create some.
Speaker A:I don't have enough love.
Speaker A:Okay, let's create some.
Speaker A:I don't have enough good connections.
Speaker A:Okay, let's create some.
Speaker A:Your time, attention and love beam, that's your power beam.
Speaker A:So if you truly loved yourself deeply and fiercely and furiously and gently and in a holy way, you would know it and you'd immediately be able to recognize those things.
Speaker A:And if you monitor your self treatment, how you talk and treat yourself, anytime you notice the good stuff, honor it.
Speaker A:There you go.
Speaker A:Notice again how it makes you feel.
Speaker A:Notice and choose is not just for fixing things, but for reinforcing things.
Speaker A:So every time you do that really well, notice and choose.
Speaker A:I'm going to do that again.
Speaker A:That felt really good.
Speaker A:Supportive, empowering, lifting, blessing.
Speaker A:It made me want to do that again.
Speaker A:Notice and choose.
Speaker A:And if you have situations over here where you didn't choose that, notice and then choose.
Speaker A:Did I like the outcome?
Speaker A:Do I feel good?
Speaker A:Did it build?
Speaker A:Did it lift?
Speaker A:Did it add good to the world?
Speaker A:Or did I add contention and hate and anger or apathy or negativity?
Speaker A:You get to choose.
Speaker A:So do I.
Speaker A:What we add to the world.
Speaker A:So I want you to get an idea right now.
Speaker A:If you loved yourself, how would you talk to you?
Speaker A:I gave you some examples.
Speaker A:You know you're doing your best or giving yourself permission to rest or recharge, forgiving yourself if you failed.
Speaker A:I have one woman in one of my book groups right now that's writing a.
Speaker A:A masterpiece on disappointment.
Speaker A:A masterpiece on disappointment and how it has shaped her life.
Speaker A:And then she does.
Speaker A:She's a PhD and she knows a lot about neurochemistry and brains and the names of all kinds of doodads in there.
Speaker A:I don't know, but she knows what it does and then can has presented in this book, which will be fabulous, will be done in a couple of months.
Speaker A:She has given us tools to notice and choose about disappointment, to reframe it, to make it, turn it into power.
Speaker A:Instead of an indictment, it becomes a data point for growth and permission, for forgiveness and for Recalibration and resurgence.
Speaker A:Her method, four Rs is really good.
Speaker A:So there's another one.
Speaker A:But everyone who has gone through these struggles has discovered things and wants to share them.
Speaker A:You know one of the best ways you can love yourself, share your story, your story of growth, your story of overcoming.
Speaker A:Now, I don't mean a pity party where we all sit around a bitch about how bad the world is and how we got screwed by this, that and the other.
Speaker A:I'm not talking about that.
Speaker A:When you have made, when you're in that situation, get the help you need.
Speaker A:You know, I had two.
Speaker A:We do get a coach, get a counselor.
Speaker A:But that won't work unless you make a first determination to love yourself enough to repair yourself, to love yourself enough to forgive yourself.
Speaker A:And forgiving others goes without saying.
Speaker A:They're on their own journey.
Speaker A:You don't have to condone what they did or agree or put yourself in danger or any of that.
Speaker A:But forgiveness is a personal liberation moment.
Speaker A:So forgive freely and fully, everyone, everything, all the time period.
Speaker A:Just do that.
Speaker A:Don't carry the weight of anger, retribution, vengeance, negativity, hurt, invalidation.
Speaker A:You don't have to carry that because whatever they did or said doesn't actually mean that it is their own story.
Speaker A:So let's talk about finding more power through self love, shall we?
Speaker A:You and I, we don't create because we're perfect.
Speaker A:Like you've gone through your own sets of struggles.
Speaker A:I know.
Speaker A:Or you wouldn't be here.
Speaker A:You wouldn't be striving to get to the ultimate life.
Speaker A:And we're not talking about the easy button.
Speaker A:We know that doesn't exist.
Speaker A:You create.
Speaker A:You and I, we create because we are loved.
Speaker A:We are loved by our Creator.
Speaker A:You were given divine gifts and talents.
Speaker A:You are also given massive challenges and struggles and problems to develop those challenges, to develop the empathy and the peace, the power to be of service to others.
Speaker A:You know how it is when you, you've gone through something and somebody in sort of a lightweight way says, oh, I'm really sorry for you.
Speaker A:And you know, because of the energy that they may think they mean it, but they have, they don't have the understanding to issue you true support and empathy.
Speaker A:And maybe they don't even mean it, they're just being polite.
Speaker A:So you know when that happens, your meter goes off and you either ignore it or you thank them politely and take whatever you can from it because of their language.
Speaker A:On the other hand, when someone says, I'm with you, I'm here for you, I love you, whatever your challenge is, and they have been through their own struggles, and you can tell just by how it feels and sounds there's real support there.
Speaker A:Do you treat yourself like that?
Speaker A:We don't create because we were perfect.
Speaker A:We create because we are loved.
Speaker A:We are loved by God, our creator.
Speaker A:That way.
Speaker A:I love you that way.
Speaker A:I am here to support, to lift, and to bless you.
Speaker A:That is my whole life's mission, to help you elevate the substance, the sweetness and the success of life's amazing journey by daring more greatly, experiencing more deeply, and leaning in more joyously.
Speaker A:That's the path to this ultimate life.
Speaker A:So when you truly love yourself, let's talk about what that looks like.
Speaker A:Well, one of the things is, you stop apologizing for your gifts as I help these beautiful people that are in my book writing classes, workshops that last six months.
Speaker A:And if you want to write a book, if you think your story's worth telling, if you're in the business of helping people, go right here.
Speaker A:Dream build, Write it dot com.
Speaker A:Dream build, Write it dot com.
Speaker A: enge, last one for this year,: Speaker A:And in it, I'll help you explore your book, your possible book, mostly your life story, and how the work to turn it into a book will be the most important and powerful thing you ever do.
Speaker A:And that becomes really obvious as I work with the people that are in there and they say over and over again, this has been more powerful than I could ever have imagined.
Speaker A:I've discovered things I didn't know.
Speaker A:And it has given me power.
Speaker A:Power to earn money, power to make a difference, power to create cash, power to create stability, power to give the messaging I want.
Speaker A:Over and over, they say that.
Speaker A:So if you have a yearning to make a difference in the world and you're not doing it yet at the level you want, dream build, write it, go there.
Speaker A:Sign up for the challenge.
Speaker A:The challenge doesn't cost anything.
Speaker A:I'm not selling you anything.
Speaker A:I'm inviting you to own the truth of your own becoming.
Speaker A:Own the truth of your growth.
Speaker A:So we're talking about ways that it shows when you love yourself.
Speaker A:No more apologizing for your gifts.
Speaker A:Just give them fully, freely, unapologetically and powerfully.
Speaker A:No more apologizing in tone, in energy for the gifts you have.
Speaker A:And some of the gifts are obvious, like if you're a musician or an artist, maybe they're empathetic.
Speaker A:Maybe they're listening.
Speaker A:Maybe they're being an hsp, highly sensitive person.
Speaker A:Maybe you have gifts.
Speaker A:There's hundreds of ways to describe that, and you have them.
Speaker A:Don't hide them.
Speaker A:Don't camouflage them.
Speaker A:Don't apologize for them.
Speaker A:Stop shrinking from your mission.
Speaker A:You and I, we came to this world with a mission, a purpose we not only agreed to, but we were excited about before we came.
Speaker A: ings I learned when I died in: Speaker A:I wrote a book about that, too, you know, I've written 20.
Speaker A:I'm working on two more right now.
Speaker A:You have the power, you have a mission, you have a purpose, and you have all the gifts you need to get it done.
Speaker A:Now, nobody's going to do the work and nobody's going to come and do it for you.
Speaker A:But one way, just dream build.
Speaker A:Write it.
Speaker A:Getting that story organized.
Speaker A:I think writing a book is the most powerful way to do it, because from that you can create products and workshops and coaching programs and anything else you want that is solely grounded on the truth of your own becoming the truth of your own life experience.
Speaker A:Here's the other thing or another way that you can see in your life when you truly love yourself.
Speaker A:And that is you stop chasing crumbs and start claiming miracles.
Speaker A:Like you and I, we have the ability to create miracles.
Speaker A:What are miracles?
Speaker A:Things that were unexpected.
Speaker A:They're so far in the improbability, you know, spectrum.
Speaker A:If you say, well, anything's possible, but some things are highly improbable, right?
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Creating miracles is manifesting or creating in your life, bringing into reality things that you believed with all your heart were highly improbable, meaning impossible.
Speaker A:You can do that.
Speaker A:You're a defined being.
Speaker A:But you can't have that power unless you love yourself.
Speaker A:You can't.
Speaker A:It won't come because the use of that power is grounded in love.
Speaker A:Hear me the the effective use of your power, your story, your life, your gifts, is grounded in love.
Speaker A:If it's grounded in greed or anger or fear or shame.
Speaker A:Shame.
Speaker A:If it has that coloring on it, you may be able to do something, but it won't be much when you forgive yourself completely, you have the courage to examine the truth of your growth and who you have become.
Speaker A:Now you begin to have infinite power.
Speaker A:You can boldly tell the truth and lift and bless those around you.
Speaker A:So one of the things that happens when you truly love yourself is you become a beacon of light.
Speaker A:You become a vessel of love.
Speaker A:You become an encourager of others to do the same.
Speaker A:You become a conduit of power.
Speaker A:Like the universe has infinite money, infinite energy.
Speaker A:Money is just energy, accumulated energy, right?
Speaker A:You think about it.
Speaker A:Sun shines, it grows a stock of corn.
Speaker A:Water and sun and soil grows a stock of corn.
Speaker A:That's just all energy being transformed into kernels of corn.
Speaker A:Somebody harvests it, sells it, and turns it into the exchange thing we call money money.
Speaker A:Money's energy every time, all the time.
Speaker A:And so you can have that all you want, but you have to go harvest the energy.
Speaker A:And the easiest and most powerful energy you or I can harvest is the truth about our lives, the story of our becoming, what we have become.
Speaker A:Stop chasing crumbs.
Speaker A:Start claiming miracles.
Speaker A:Now, if I'm saying all this and it sounds impossible to you, let's talk, because it's not.
Speaker A:I'm doing it.
Speaker A:I'm helping tons of people right now.
Speaker A:In my book, Challenges do it.
Speaker A:I help through coaching.
Speaker A:I help through videos.
Speaker A:I've written 20 books.
Speaker A:But it's all exploring, not just the idea that this is possible, but the how and the how of the how.
Speaker A:The direct, exact steps you take in your situation to get from where you are to where you want to go.
Speaker A:Stop yearning with mindless sort of ache and no direction in action.
Speaker A:All right, so here's the.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The last couple things I want to say.
Speaker A:I live in this place of the ultimate life I love every day, every day, every day, every minute, no matter what happens.
Speaker A:Right now, I'm in the middle of some medical challenges that, you know, one of them could have made me blind in instant blindness and stuff like that.
Speaker A:I found out about it about a week ago.
Speaker A:None of that disturbed me.
Speaker A:Not one molecule, not anything.
Speaker A:I'm just going to do what I have to do with the tools I've got to get to that place.
Speaker A:It's love and forgiveness, commitment, dedication.
Speaker A:You stop being attached to outcomes.
Speaker A:So the way I do this, I'm reaching 300 million people.
Speaker A:We just crossed into a thousand episodes.
Speaker A: This is episode: Speaker A: Look into my book,: Speaker A:And we're going to keep going and get all these beautiful guests with stories.
Speaker A:I met a cool guy last night.
Speaker A:Can't wait to have him on the show because of what he's doing.
Speaker A:To add good to the world and to love, to create and to serve.
Speaker A:So here's some questions for you.
Speaker A:If you truly loved yourself with all the passion and compassion, what would you change today?
Speaker A:Getting rid of some obligations, changing your attitude about something, setting some boundaries to preserve your sanity and your sovereignty.
Speaker A:Changing how you create value and therefore create money.
Speaker A:Changing your internal story.
Speaker A:Like, what would you do right now?
Speaker A:Different.
Speaker A:If you truly loved yourself or loved yourself more.
Speaker A:Like, way more.
Speaker A:I want you to think and declare boldly what that would be.
Speaker A:And if it's too big of a thing, take little steps, but move in that direction.
Speaker A:Because you're divine, because you're worth it.
Speaker A:You're amazing.

Speaker A:Dream it.
Speaker A:Dream build.

Speaker A:Dream build.
Speaker A:Write it dot com.
Speaker A:Love to see you there.
Speaker A:Now here's the final a couple things I want to share with you.
Speaker A:You are worth loving.
Speaker A:I don't care what has come before.
Speaker A:If you know the story.
Speaker A:You know I came from a history of depression and struggles and failed relationships and addiction and even some suicide attempts.
Speaker A:You know that I have come to where I am today.
Speaker A:That is the story of my becoming that I share in books and videos and podcasts and stuff.
Speaker A:The story of your becoming is mighty.
Speaker A:It is powerful.
Speaker A:It is needed.
Speaker A:I need to see it.
Speaker A:You are worth any effort.
Speaker A:You are worth loving by yourself, from yourself and from.
Speaker A:And when you do, when you move into a place where you truly love and value yourself, everybody feels it.
Speaker A:It's not about arrogance or self indulgence.
Speaker A:Because when you love yourself, you become centered, grounded.
Speaker A:And then you become available to serve and bless and lift and create.
Speaker A:And it's awesome.
Speaker A:So you're worth it and you're worthy.
Speaker A:Here is your call to action.
Speaker A:Three of them.
Speaker A:One, go take some notes about how you feel about yourself.
Speaker A:Maybe note in there what you want to notice and choose differently.
Speaker A:Share it with a friend.
Speaker A:Share it with me.
Speaker A:Join one of the challenges.
Speaker A:Dream.
Speaker A:Build.
Speaker A:Write it.
